Invitation - FTASA Conference, AGM & Awards Ceremony - 17th November 2009

The FTASA is having their Conference on the 17th November 2009 which starts 08:30 for 09:00 at the Southern Sun Hotel - OR Tambo International Airport. The conference fee will be R700,00 per person for non FTASA members plus R250,00 for the lunch which is optional and for FTASA members the conference fee will be R500,00 per person plus R250,00 for the lunch (optional).

The topics and speakers will be confirmed, but are likely to include:

A talk by a South African Packaging Expert on Waste Management and the implications of the new Waste Management Act.
News on the latest Narrow Web UV Flexo inks, their application and advantages and Ink/solvent migration.
PIFSA will update attendees on the latest developments regarding solvent consumption, emissions and the Air Quality Act, which will affect flexo printers.
Genetic Transfer Technology in Anilox rolls.

The FTASA AGM will be held from 12:00 to 12:15 for FTASA members.

Our Awards lunch and Ceremony will start as 12:45 for 13:00, ending at about 16:30. The cost of lunch will be R250,00 per person including 2 bottles of wine per table of 10.
